Digital Dimensions is delighted to announce that a founding member – Jackie Keane – is now fully engaged at the company as a Director, ending her pivotal role as the Director of Immigration Technology at the Home Office. She had become a trusted member of the Executive team, widely respected for her unrelenting focus on business outcomes and effective, transparent delivery – Immigration technology thrived under her inspiring leadership. The Home Office said of Jackie’s departure… “Given her long and successful track record in leading digital transformation and change for us here in the Home Office I know she will be successful in this new venture… She is a sad loss to us, her professionalism and dedication has made her a great role model for Digital, Data and Technology“
Jackie joins Neil Butler and Sam Rapley in the Digital Dimensions’ office in central London at a time when businesses are increasingly aware that disruption is progressing at pace, organisations need to innovate with new products and offerings, be faster to market, remain competitive and retain customer loyalty. The use of cloud and agile methods are evolving rapidly, adopting these ways of working incorrectly can be costly and the risk of investing with the wrong delivery partners, who lack real-world experience, who haven’t led teams to hard-won success can either make or break your business. Text book knowledge, impressive slideware and impressive oration is hollow without a foundation of rich, gnarly experience.
The three founding members form a dynamic partnership equipped to jump start ambitious client digital journeys. Jackie is excited to bring her considerable 25-year experience to new challenges, helping different businesses traverse the complex territory of digital transformation. Having delivered some of the most complex programmes in government, migrating from a complex legacy estate to strategic capability, Jackie has an intrinsic understanding of what it takes to deliver successfully. Responsible for a team of 500+ civil servants, contractors and multiple suppliers, she transformed the immigration technology environment, nationally and globally, resolving a myriad of obstacles, and winning awards for intelligent delivery, including UK IT Industry Best Use of Cloud Services.
Jackie commented… “I am confident that Digital Dimensions can look forward to a bright future – it will quickly become a beacon of successful digital delivery, and I am thrilled that I can now play my part in making this happen”
